It's true that once a library starts examining the purpose of a new technology/profile that benefits & limitations of policies become evident. For us it's been gaming, patron laptop checkout, and VERY soon RFID that have led us to re-examine and change some basic policies to accommodate the new technologies without hindering our patrons' use. Oh yeah, I also subscribed to your RSS feed, and I'm looking forward to more! Have a great Christmas & a prosperous New Year!! Great post!
